Bracelet Room ships anywhere in the continental US for FREE!
All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail within 1-2 business days, and should be delivered within 3-6 business days. At this time we do not offer overnight or international shipping services. You will be notified of tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Returns
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase most of
the times, but since we are all humans, we understand that occasionally a
mistake can be made from item selection to boxes being handled the
wrong way or any other steps in between.
We value your business with us and we'd like to keep you happy.
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
* All items are unworn and have original tags still attached.
* Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged may not be refunded or exchanged.
* Items that are received within 10 days from the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
* We unfortunately cannot confirm delivery of your return, but will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 5 days of receiving return.
* The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase so if you receive a gift you may exchange your item for one
that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.
